	Cashback took a lot longer to track than expected, so raised a ticket with TCB - it seems like the cashback then tracked correctly after that (in theory not related to the ticket...). Good cashback amount, quick delivery, good prices - definitely positive feedback on this merchant, just watch the cashback does actually track in!

	Don't expect to receive the cashback offered by this retailer, I made (as far as I can tell) a valid purchase with them in December 2010 which they flatly refuse to pay out on. I won't use them again, I will be sticking with lookfantastic.com, who incidentally have the same level of cashback, a better product range, free delivery and have never yet failed to honour cashback

	I shopped from this website twice and my cashback was never tracked. I submitted a claim for my missing cashback and after 8 months, I have not received the missing cashback yet!

	absolutely horrendous - bought christmas presents from feelunique and they did not track the cashback, I submitted a claim and now theyve come back nearly 6 months later saying I used another cashback site - liars!!
