Looking for a sofa but always reluctant to walk in and have a casual look around as we found out yesterday at our local store that staff can be annoyingly pushy at times so we decided to go to the Sutton in ashfield store and found it to be a refreshingly lovely experience, left alone to browse at an enjoyable pace. We found a sofa and then asked for guidance and support from a very helpful and polite young man named Ryan who answered our questions and guided us through our choice without feeling pressured . We purchased the hunter sofa and left the store feeling very pleased with our purchase. Thank you Ryan for all your help and support, a credit to scs

i bought a new settee and carpets from SCS and must say the whole experience was excellent. I was initially only going to buy a settee but mentioned I was interested in some carpets as well. To cut a long story short, the carpets was delivered and installed expertly and then two days later, the settee came too. Everyone I deal with was polite and professional.

While the cashback offered seems like a good amount when you're buying something as expensive as a new sofa, it has now been over 21 weeks and I have received no cashback or information.

Dont be tempted by the cashback, the quality of the sofas is non existent, please read other reviewers before making a purchase with SCS. You are spending thousands and need to be sure of what you are purchasing, the guarantee is useless after the 1st year as you have to pay a call-out of £75 each time they visit, beware of this retailer.
