I would be wary next time around - according to the advertisement I could expect over £100 cashback but only received £47, even though I believed I had done all that was required in the T's and C's - not being an experienced cashbacker I was very careful to follow the instructions! Tried complaining but received a standard reply. Not going to allow myself to be persuaded by high rates again.

We chose Saga as they offered £100 cashback if we bought combined buildings and contents insurance. We purchased both in October and have finally at the end of January, after lodging a missing cashback claim, have eventually received the cashback as promised. Not the service we expected - the claims team were excellent though.

Expected cashback of £125.00 but only received £47.25. Checked today and same offer gives £105.00. So I rate them as extremely poor. And Topcashback did not help, it is so difficult to contact anyone there.
