If I could give ROOMOX less than 1 star I would ! I bought a beanbag that was undersized compare to the description. Then I returned it and get a refund after a while. A couple of weeks after I discovered 62,10€ unduely taken from my credit card. And then hell began. After 2 months of asking me same proofs many times (bank statement), telling me the previous person in charge of my ticket has changed, I received this (funny) answer : ""Our finance team has informed us that they could not locate a payment of 62.10€. Therefore we would like you to firstly contact your credit card provider and be sure if the amount got deducted". No in France, our bank is the only point of contact and if there is -62,10€ ref. Roomox on my statements I can't see where it got from and who benefits from it but YOU !
