Cash back quickly confirmed however they were very quick to take the credit card payment even though the items were out of stock. Still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks - their Customer Services telephone helpline is appalling with waiting times in excess of 10 minutes every time I tried to call. Promised call-backs not made - altogether a terrible experience I wont be repeating
