Got my cashback no probs but the quality of the cartridges delivered was very poor. I was very disappointed with the quality of the print the inks provided therefore would not use again.

Terrible customer service from this retailer! Order accepted and payment taken very quickly, but almost 3 weeks on I'm still waiting for my goods. Apparently one of my items is out of stock, and they don't deliver until they're all in stock. I've rang up to cancel my order twice, but both times have been assured that my order will be sent within the next two days, and I would have email confirmation. I've received neither. On the plus side, the cashback tracks very quickly.

Terrible. ordered 2 cartridges, after many emails, phone calls, 1 week on still no delivery. Apparently its my fault that they have a technical problem!
