I've never left a review on here, but feel a bit compelled to. I deposited my £10.00 had the standard £10.00 bonus applied. I had to ask the live chat operator four times to remove this, he was very, very pushy. But in the end (after threatening to cancel my deposit altogether) we got there. So, I played through my £10.00, and won £10.15 which I then tried to withdraw. However, the site will only let you withdraw in whole pounds, so I could only take out £10.00, making it impossible to get my £0.15. I know this is only 15p, but if they're doing this to all players, then it's not right! I couldn't even deposit £9.85 (or a multiple of) to then withdraw the full amount, they only let you deposit in whole pounds also. As far as I'm aware this is withholding a player's money and I'll be in touch with the Commission about it.

For a deposit of £25, you must wager £600 on slot games before you can withdraw any money - including your original £25. It is almost impossible to win, you need to be extremely lucky.
A would advise members to avoid Prime Slots at all costs, and strongly urge TopCashback to remove this retailer immediately.

Avoid using this site. we played £10 and had a £35 win which they are refusing to pay unless we fax them a copy of the bankcard used which we are obviously not prepared to do. The company are based in Malta and refusing to pay the winnings, so will be interesting to see if they honour the cashback

Quickly tracked cashback, played through deposited £10 and bonus, didn't win enough to withdraw at any stage with high level of play required to withdraw winnings from bonus money. But still if cashback pays up then I will be in profit.
