Booked Flight, Accomadation, Transfers and Booked seats, over a month ago and spent over £1250 but NO Cashback. Have put in a claim, will wait to see if they pay up. Come on Portland pull your finger out.

I booked a holiday in OCT.2009 & kept sending reminders about cashback. I have just been informed that the cashback has been paid to someone else & they cannot make two payments! MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP!

Have used this company before - agree re the telephone customer service being poor, but the holiday was fantastic and we could make full use of the Thomson reps as it is the same company. However, cashback has failed to track this time around and I have had to make a claim.

Was relatively easy to book the holiday but as soon as I needed further information it was extremely difficult to contact them. Evenually I did manage to get an email address after phone calls were left unanswered for a very long time but they couldn't even bother to check who they were dealing with. They called me by someone elses name. Brilliant at getting your money out of you but absolutely rubbish at responding to any queeries you may have. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure I would use them again

Failed to track and have been waiting nearly a year now for cashback. Have never had a problem with any other companies. Dissapointed that after querying this several times Portland still haven't responded!
