Have used this company before - agree re the telephone customer service being poor, but the holiday was fantastic and we could make full use of the Thomson reps as it is the same company.
However, cashback has failed to track this time around and I have had to make a claim.

Was relatively easy to book the holiday but as soon as I needed further information it was extremely difficult to contact them. Evenually I did manage to get an email address after phone calls were left unanswered for a very long time but they couldn't even bother to check who they were dealing with. They called me by someone elses name. Brilliant at getting your money out of you but absolutely rubbish at responding to any queeries you may have. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure I would use them again
