Although I have booked a holiday with Portland Holidays, through TopCashBack, the value of which is £3077.50 this transaction has not appeared in my account details. I made an enquiry on the 28th April as to why this has not been credited to my account and I am still waiting to hear from you/Portland.

this hotel has bad access for a bus-it dropped us about 100 metres from the reception area and with no rep to see us to the reception desk we were left to find our own way.the hotel was friendly and clean and close to all amenities we found the new airport very efficient
