Don’t expect to be paid out!
I’ve purchased quite a few times with Pooch and Mutt through TCB and not once have they paid out, even though the purchase has tracked. My last two purchases, I’ve taken advantage of the additional discount codes listed on TCB AND Pooch and Mutt’s site but still they decline them. The product’s great and my dog loves their food but guessing once the order’s put through, Pooch and Mutt can do what they want and not stick to their side of the bargain in providing cash back when they’ve signed up to the service. Very poor customer service if that’s the case!
Might start looking at other companies who offer the product but who are honest and reliable enough to follow through on cashback. If Pooch and Mutt can’t afford to offer cashback then they shouldn’t be a part of the programme.

Rejected cashback when using official Topcashback discount code
Retailer has started rejecting cashback claims even when using official discount codes posted on the Topcashback page and indicated safe to use and still receive cashback.
Without some discount alongside the cashback then purchasing from other suppliers is typically cheaper than direct from Pooch and Mutt.

I followed all procedures and was awarded cashback, then have just noticed its been declined without a reason. Shall not use again. Had used alot before

CASHBASK DECLINED
Cashback showed soon after purchase - impressed as they were offering 50% cashback in recognition of International Dogs Day. Just received my order and I have noticed that the cashback has been declined. Needless to say I wont be ordering from this company again.
