	Declined cashback despite complying with the terms Clicked the link through TCB, purchased a subscription which is still ongoing 3 months later. Cashback was declined after raising a ticket through TCB because "TCB wasn't seen as the final referrer." I wouldn't use such an unscrupulous merchant again

	Always declined I’ve had 3 orders from Pooch and Mutt and all 3 have been declined, as others have stated don’t expect cash back as it’s never paid. Not sure why they are still listed on here if they never pay out

	Dont expect to get your cashback here! Won't be buying from this company a 3rd time. Twice declined cash back after waiting many months. No reason for refusal. Plenty of other dog food suppliers!

	Dont waste your time - they declined my cash back They never pay out cashback - don't bother. Why do Top Cashback continue to promote companies that never honour what they say they are going to offer. Go elsewhere you can get better products.

	Disappointed P&M refused by cashback and reported "This order was either fully or partly cancelled, changed or returned." It wasn't. I ordered a sack of dog food, which was delivered and paid for, and is still half-full in the kitchen. TCB honoured the cashback instead of P&M. Whilst grateful for this gesture by TCB, I'm quite frankly disappointed by P&M and will switch to Cobbydog.

	Very many, many poor experiences. Constantly rejects the £15 subscription. Not my fault they do not state minimum transaction value! Each time lodged a complaint & each time after many months I have been paid, but a huge headache. Avoid if you can.

	One order tracked and one didn’t I did my first order and this tracked quickly and I got the cashback for that with no problems. I then did a subscription which didn’t track so I did a claim for the missing cashback. After a while the cashback tracked as confirmed and a couple of days later it was payable and I got my money.

	Puppy enjoys P&M Primal kibble This has a good rating on the AllAboutDogFood website. I’ve tried a few different kibbles to mix with raw or wet food. My ten month old puppy seems to enjoy crunching this one.

	Dont waste your time - they declined my cash back This is a recurring theme- appears to be false advertising - if that's the way they want to do business - I wouldn't trust them - so for them being a false advertising company I will not be using them again and I would not recommend this company. Go elsewhere. It may help if they were to give a reason for declining cash back.

	don’t use! Declined Declined my cash back. Just false advertising. Never used them before and the only reason I bought from them was because they had a good cash back offer. Seems they don’t pay off looking at other reviews so avoid them!

	False advertising. Used a voucher advertised on top cashback, only to be declined. It’s really poor behaviour, I wouldn’t have purchased ha the offer not been there.

	1 star Cashback almost always tracks wrong on both spend and amount. I’ve had to contact customer service every time, and payment only comes through after weeks of messaging.

	OK when they payout, but decline more then they pay out. Fast at paying out when they do, but they have started to repeatedly decline payouts, even though I am a regular shopper.

	Ok but tracks wrong They pay out fairly quick but it tracks it wrong every single time its getting annoying as I'll appeal and sometimes its rectified but ive had one declined alltogether

	Full Payout for Subscription Initially I didn’t get the full £15 for a subscription and when I read the reviews saying others had failed to appeal I wasn’t hopeful, but I put a claim in and quickly got the full amount. As for the products, my dogs love them

	Purchase to payout in a week Very quick payout - but this is when not using codes from other sources. Check if cash back is valid with your promo code. I’ve used promo codes and it’s made these great products cheaper than if my cash back was approved. Worth the ‘decline’ for the discount. 4 stars for 2 x super fast payout experiences.
