unusable website doesn't work, regardless of whether I use the cashback link or not I get error 500. Impossible to actually give them money. I tried on different devices and didn't work on any of them.

Purchased several Sims for the family in quick succession, two tracked, third one didn’t. Raised ticket for third which was paid, however the two that tracked didn’t. Not happy!

Plusnet had advertised a £50 cashback payout on a £10 per month one month sim only deal. In hindsight clearly a mistake, and they are now doing the £50 cashback on a 12 month sim only, rather than a one month. I consider it no coincidence that Plusnet are now saying that plusnet are now claiming that topcashback was not the last channel for the sale, when it in fact was. Telling lies to get out of paying out advertised cashback is highly inappropriate, and as a result I will never use plusnet for either phone or broadband (which I am just about to make a switch on).

I would leave zero stars if I could as Plusnet/Topcashback advertised a significantly higher figure but then refused to honour it. The told me I should not base my purchase decision on the cash back amount, year right - who doesn't, that's the whole idea of the incentive that is cashback? Absolute crooks I will never use Plusnet again once my contract ends.

Tracked as £0 and claim declined as "correct cashback already awarded". 6 months later and the claim is still open. Service was decent for a virtual network operator, but included a couple of weeks with no data or SMS due to a problem with their customer accounts system, with them providing zero communication or customer service. I've since switched away and wouldn't touch Plusnet again. You get what you pay for.

**DO NOT USE THESE LINKS** The website will offer you better deals and reward cards. Then If you select them you won't get the cashback - but even worse they won't honor the reward cards either as they say you came through a cashback website. Been locked in complaints battle since February about this. Now having to send complaint to ombudsman. Luckily I took screenshots of everything as I clicked through the website. If I didnt have these plusnet would not have even looked in to my complaint and just said I clicked on deals that didnt entitle me to either. Shocking!

Plusnet treat their customers TERRIBLY... My monthly payment was just one day late, and they fined me £10 and cut off all services until the balance had been settled.

They failed to pay and rejected the claim saying correct amount of £0.00 was paid, it should have been £10.50. The clickthrough showed up and I still have the monthly contract but now GoodBye Plusnet
