From the quality of their clothes to how beautifully wrapped products are when they arrive, TopCashback members praise Phase Eight across the board, resulting in them having a five-star rating on our site. Customers say things such as “I buy frequently from Phase Eight and am always delighted with their clothes” and “totally in love with Phase Eight. Not only are their clothes gorgeous, they arrive on time beautifully packaged”, whilst others congratulate them on their fantastic service and the fact it is easy to return items which are unsuitable.
Many members also highlight the fact that cashback, on the whole, shows up and is paid quickly, with comments including “thrilled to get cashback from a great company like Phase Eight” and “all my purchases have tracked without any issues at all (at least four in the past six months)”.
Despite having an overall rating of just two stars on Trustpilot, you will find positive reviews. One member says that nothing appears to be too much trouble for them, while another describes how they ordered a skirt which was out of stock and Phase Eight rang around all of their shops to find one in their size, which was dispatched immediately.
