	Transaction didn't track, eventually they respond "your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site" even though the logged transaction with top Cashback is timed immediately prior to booking confirmation from Onhotels. Seems they adopt an easy way to avoid paying out and I would not recommend using this supplier. A smaller cashback that is paid is better than a larger one offered and then refused once it is too late to book elsewher. Totally unimpressed and would not give any stars were that possible..

	Tracks and pays quickly.Hotel prices normally lowest but 10% to cancel.This travel company does what it says.I have had bad experience with other famous name merchants who always never pay.

	Onhotels do not pay cashback. DO NOT USE THEM!! It's a joke that TCB allow them to remain on their site. It's even more of a joke that they have removed my last negative review, along with others. Very, very poor all round.

	I agree with others on here that my cashback claim has been rejected as I was referred to them via elsewhere. In fact, I used the 5% off 'January' code that is still now being advertised on TCB as being ok to use as well as cashback. Clearly not.

	I should not have ignored the other reviews for this merchant, as I had exactly the same experience, namely that the cashback was refused as the final transaction was not completed through a topcashback referral. As I had cleared cookies etc before my purchase, I know this was not the case. I raised a claim and the claim was denied. Would advise others to read and NOT ignore these reviews, as there is an obvious pattern to the cashback experience with this merchant.

	Like other TCB members, I have just been advised that my cashback claim has been rejected on the grounds that I was referred to them through another website, which was not the case. I got a good deal on my hotel bookings but disappointed not to get the cashback that I was entitled to so I doubt I'll use this merchant again.

	Do not use Onhotels.com if you want to get any cashback....they did not honour my cash back. They claimed that they were not the last referrer before the transaction, I know this is totally untrue as I claimed the same way as I have for all my other claims. I will not be booking with them again.

	No cashback got even after a claim its been months and still nothing, don't see how they are down as faster payment merchant as they don't pay anything.

	Do not use this merchant!! OnHotels thinks its perfectly reasonable to give you a twin room when you've booked a double so watch out if you're a couple expecting to share the same bed. it will also expect you to take any issues up with the hotel though you've booked through OnHotel's website - completely unacceptable and needs reporting to Trading Standards

	Onhotels.com did not honour my cash back. They claim that they were not the last referrer before the transaction. This is a false claim and I will not be booking with them again.

	This merchant does not honour cashback. Whenever I use topcashback, I close all my web browsers, access topcashback, select the merchant and buy from the merchant without visiting any other site. This has worked for me every time until buying from onhotels. Onhotels claim that I visited their site via a another referral and are refusing to pay cashback. Best avoided.

	Did not track and merchant refused to pay following claim. Very poor, plenty of others to use in future! Save yourself the hassle and choose someone else.
