	Scammers You have to request the cash back manually and when you try to have the transaction ID which they only provide if you never made any subscriptions before. Also if you request to refund It is only possible within 30d. It is near a scam scheme.

	Only the basic VPN tier. Tracked almost imeediately, but I didnt stick around to see if it gets paid. The 100% cashback only gives you cash-back for the lowest VPN tier. Cancelled

	AVOID - MERCHANT REFUSED TO PAY OUT Had to open a claim and after many months of waiting I was told the merchant would not pay out as the purchase did not track. Topcashback were not helpful either.

	Reqeust a refund the same day if your subscription doesn't track This is very likely a scam - you won't be given a the transaction ID to post a missing claim if it doesn't show up shortly after you paid. Do not wait, contact their customer support, and they will clearly tell you the purchase didn't track properly, and you should request for a refund immediately to avoid missing the refund window.

	Don't bother - they don't pay Don't waste your time. Nord always wriggle out of paying you cashback. Go with Private Internet Access instead. Great VPN product and prompt cashback payment.

	Didnt track Messaged NordVPN to ask for my transaction ID and they told me at the same time my transaction did not track. They were very helpful and I cancelled my subscription at the same time as I was in the 7 day cool off period. Suggest if you take this provider to check very quickly if it tracks as its clearly a common problem from the amount of reviews.

	Cashback not tracked, NordVPN refusing info for missing cashback claim Cashback didn't track so I attempted to lodge a missing cashback claim but in order to do so TopCashback require you to provide a transactionID or paymentID which they say you have to get from NordVPN. I have contacted NordVPN twice so far and on both ocassions they have failed to provide a paymentid or transactionid. In their most recent email they have stated that if the cashback didn't track then no cashback will be available. Will be cancelling under their 30day money back guarantee.

	The cashback is a lie NordVPN works great, if you want to pay that price, but this was advertised at 87% cashback, which is rubbish. It tracks at a much lower price, and when you enquire for a transaction code they know already that you are enquiring about the cashback. If you're not bothered about cashback this is a great VPN, otherwise avoid.

	Beware - Cashback is only for New Customers!!! TCB say that "Purchases of subscription renewals" are not eligible for cashback. However, Nord will refuse to pay cashback if you have ever bought a product from them before. I had a subscription, let it lapse, then bought a new one - not a renewal. Nord will not pay out. Much cheaper VPN providers exist. Nord can be OK for new customers, but only use them once and then switch to a different provider.

	Used this in laste Feb for a stupid deal (like 98% cashback or soemthing) Used this in late Feb for a stupid deal (like 98% cashback or something) and based on the reviews I was not too hopeful of getting the cashback, but after 2 months and 2 days it's now payable so happy days.

	THEY WILL NOT PAY For the second time in a row, they have not paid the cashback, I've just cancelled my subscription and got a refund and gone with ProtonVPN instead. See what happens with them!
