We have used Nabru a lot over the years, it’s such a shame to say that the quality of their sofas and customer service has been diminished. I don’t like the whole new threatening attitude that has been created by Nabru. 5 years ago, I would have said the quality of their sofas was one of the best, I would have said their customer service is great. But during our last delivery, even the delivery driver confirmed that Nabru are now cutting corners, the quality has been reduce, and the service as a whole wasn't great either. We buy these Sofa’s because of the fabric used, my son has ASD and that fabric is about the only fabric that doesn’t make him cringe. However, I tried to place an order via email, which took two weeks. The member of staff in question didn’t bother reading our request, so ended up quoting us for 3 different types of sofas. It then transpired that they wouldn’t deliver it before Christmas. Even though they had Christmas delivery spots available. I then called at this point, where I was greeted by rude confrontational and threatening staff members. I was originally told that everyone was in staff meetings, and that there was nobody on the floor. Eventually they passed me to a guy, which, by all intents and purposes had absolutely no customer service training, that starting the conversation with very threatening abuse. I would strongly recommend that nobody uses this company any further. Their prices have goon through the roof, and you can get much cheaper, better quality sofas elsewhere.
