Not good reducing cashback after tracked correctly
Not good reducing cashback after tracked correctly, just paid a 1% instead of 30% and had to claim back. Not sure whose issue is it topcashback or the merchant but is not good experience.

first and last order cashback was declined - so having to go through a whole process wont be using them again

Cashback amount less than expected.
Cashback came really quickly, so was the purchase tracked quickly (within 30 minutes) but the cashback amount was a lot smaller than promised. I was expecting the new costumer rate of 10% but I received 1%.

myprotein seem to drop the payout amount which i have to lodge a claim for, keep a close eye on it to make sure they dont drop your cashback amount and lodge a claim if they do.
