Declined Cashback
I used the Student Discount offer which usually is still applicable for most other brands. Only ordered a full price set to be told the cash back had been declined by Monterrain and had to submit a claim with TopCashback. Luckily, TopCashback did pay up (which was partly due to Monterrain responding 'no' quickly) but still not impressed.

Declines - waste of time.
Made a £50 purchase with NO voucher code used. 13 weeks ago. Just declined the cashback. Joke.
