This company does not pay
I've bought travel insurance 4 times with this company and each time I've had to create support tickets to resolve.
On each occasion Topcashback has given up and ended up paying me out of their own funds. Considering all the bad reviews MSM get if I were TCB I'd remove MSM travel insurance from their website.

They declined my cashback, no reason available or no way to dispute their decision. I won't search and purchase through that comparison site next holiday

Declined last 3 purchases
Don't use MoneySuperMarket, they have declined my last 3 genuine policy purchases. The latest one was for an expensive annual policy which is 100% genuine and in active use, and was meant to give me £37 cashback. Don't suppose I'm ever going to see that now.

not legit, one of few merchants with no tracking stats
I've bought several insurance products through this broker, specifically because they generated cashback. Except all three have failed to convert, including those from February so 4 months ago now.
Thought I'd have a look to see their tracking and other stats. Funny, there are none published, unlike every other merchant here. Don't bother, go with another company that is a better payer.
I really wish someone would clamp down on this, because in any other context, promising something, taking someone's business, and then not delivering, is contrary to the Consumer Rights Act.

I purchased a policy with them back in April and I am still waiting for the cashback. Would advise against using them as their cash back offer seems good but they never complete the payment.

Still waiting for cashback after 9months and 2 support cases. TBC say moneysupermarket have upgraded their system and they are having problems. I cannot believe they have had problems for 9 months. Will chase up again when it reaches 12 months!
