Got the cashback, but extra patience and actions required
I've purchased MoneySuperMarket Life Insurance in October, 2024. Both purchases were logged correctly and had shown "pending uplift" until it showed "declined" in October, 2025. I submitted a support ticket to TopCashback to ask for review. Finally in June, 2026, I've notified the cashback claim was approved and received. So I got the cashback after 1 year and 8 months of follow-up. I would advise to use a more straightforward cashback platform for insurance cashback, if possible.

Not very accurate
Purchased a life insurance policy through MoneySuperMarket, the deal looks good. But after 8 months of tracking at £0 they decide to decline. Yet the offers are on topcashback so a bit of false advertising. Definitely not worth it.
