Struggled a little with the wrong offer getting picked up at first, but that got resolved eventually and the cashback paid out. As for MoneyFarm itself, early days, but so far so good!

I am a regular TopCashBack user, and I usually have a very stress-free experience, but this is proving very painful: I'm still dealing (July 2017) with an incorrectly tracked cashback from April 2017. I hope it gets sorted soon.

Terrible - transferred £10,000 ISA, should have got £200, tracked incorrectly at £126, then I was only paid £10! Misleading and have wasted a lot of time for nothing it seems.

Terrible! my cashback is now payable for the total amount of 0£, how ridiculous is that? if have setup a direct debit acount with them and had it running for three months as required and yet no cashback was awarded. If you are thinking about geting an account with them to get the cashback, don't!

I did this with a £1,501 initial deposit and ongoing direct debit of £151. I talked to MoneyFarm support when registering to make sure I met all of the terms and conditions and they were very helpful. However now 6 weeks later the £120 is not showing up as pending. MoneyFarm are saying that everything is fine on their side and they have liased with the TopCashback specifically on my behalf to check. However TopCashback have no record of my transaction (even though it shows up as a visited site) and TopCashback keep saying they are waiting for the merchant. Very disappointed as around £2,000 in total is a lot of money for me.
