	Initially tracked as zero, but after a couple of weeks cashback appeared payable. Became payable very fast, would recommend to other cashback users.

	I would give them 1 star if i eventually get my cash back. I have had to raise an enquiry twice so far. The first time the cashback didn't track as high as it should then when it was queried the cashback was declined. I'm still waiting to find out why. Also, my husband and my daughter both bought phones with mobiles.co.uk and their cashback tracked low and was then declined. Not sure if they have raised the matter with yourselves or not but none of us are happy.

	I don't think £3 cash back is much , when I actually paid £799 for an iPhone. They take £1 out of your account to prove it is you then give you cash back on that instead of the actual amount you paid , won't use them again

	Coming up to 1 year since my purchase, cashback was declined for invalid reason and despite escalating my claim, still no sign of cashback. Can't see any reason to ever user them ever again.
