I agree with most of the previous comments. Yes they offered me £33 and said the phone was too damaged and could only give me £15. Emailed them and told them to send the phone back. Sure enough they upped the price to £22. Not sure how this company expect repeat custom. My advice would be to avoid.

Claim to have never received my phone, even though I have proof of posting from the post office. Checking them out on the internet, seems lots of people having issues with them!

Thieve's is all I can say, it must be over a month or two ago when I sent my phone to them in the envelope they provided and I haven't heard a thing, no email sent to me about me sending it or even about them sending me an envelope out... nothing... no money... no contact, helpless is how I feel and that's exactly how it is. do not I repeat do not deal with this sham of a company.

What a con, avoid like the plague. Cash back was £7 lower via the link on TCB, just to get £3.50 compared to going direct. And now after I got my payment months ago they have rejected my cash back and paid £0. This is not in the spirit of cash and TCB should investigate and look to remove them from the site. You have been warned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quoted £60 on my Nokia 5800 which was in great condition. Only then paid me £26 for it. Rip off merchants. Should have sold it through EBAY instead.

Sent my pristine phone off and got an email saying they were cutting the payment in half due to heavy scratching on the screen, which is bullsh*t as there were no scratches at all on it. I'd request the phone back but suspect they would scratch the screen before sending it back just to carry on the con. won't be using these people again.

Guys - this cashback is a CONNN!!! Go to the site directly (not via topcashback) and you get say £25 for your handset. Got via topcashbask to collect your £3 cashback and your handset will magically be valued at only £20.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS- This company run a scam whereby they offer you top money for your phone then claim it is too damaged to pay you that price - I was lucky and had taken pictures of my phone before posting so after several nasty emails they gave me my money - but if you check out their reviews and feedback on any of the usual sites you will see they are well known for this scam - dont just take my word for it - you will not be given all of your money its worth taking the lower offer but from a reputable company !

My daughter got a price from this company of £35 for her phone. However when they received it they mailed her and said it was damaged and they could only send her a cheque for £10. She then replied saying in that case could they return the phone. They then upped her offer to £25 (£25 more than they stated but still £10 less than original quote), but the crunch of the reply was that if she wanted her phone returned SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM £10! Now please bear in mind that when she sent it to the company the phone had no damage. I would suggest therefore that if you use this company to take a picture of your phone before you send it, and keep a detailed log of any damage. I must admit I used them (with a lesser priced phone) and had no trouble except the slight length of wait for money to arrive

This company is not reliable. They did not pay the cashback as promised. They reject the cashback payment after 3 months. They also reduced the value of payment after receiving the phone. I will not use this company in future also they always promise higher payment than other. TC

***WARNING*** TOPCASHBACK NEED TO REMOVE THIS COMPANY FROM THEIR SITE, MOST OF THE OTHER USERS ARE CORRECT, A SAMSUNG S8000 IS PRICED AT £37 IF YOU GO DIRECT, THROUGHT TCB THEY ONLY OFFER £23....AND YOU ONLY GET 3.73 CASHBACK MAKING THIS POINTLESS. I DONT BLAME THE PHONE COMPANY, ITS TCB THAT NEED TO INVESTIGATE AS THEY ARE THE ONES LETTING THIS CARRY ON DESPITE BEING TOLD BY THEIR USERS NOT TO...YET AGAIN TCB FAIL TO PROVIDE ACTUAL CASHBACK...

Going direct to the site I was offered £3 more than going via TopCashBack, negating the cashback.

Was going to use this link seemed a good deal, previously i had been on the site and been quoted £30 for my phone. Used this link a few minutes later and they had reduced the price to £26. Worse off using this link. No bad marks on topcashback for this though. just need to be aware.

Don't bother with this company - the cashback value they were offering was £8 less by going via the TCB link - beware!
