Not actually used them yet; but had already looked at value of my Samsung S8000 Jet, and came up as £43.... Then thought to go through TopCashBack....but now it's only worth £35....be warned!! They appear to be offering different values depending on how you arrive at their site

I've written to Watchdog about them today. I urge you to do the same if you have concerns about this company. I think we owe it to Topcashback not to let bad retailers trade on Topcashback's good name!

Don't touch them. They have knocked almost half the price off my iphone saying it was badly scratched when it was in perfect condition. They nag you to send the phone off and don't notify you when they get it too. Fraudsters!!!

I have to say I had a great experience with this website. I received a cheque for my phone with the exact amount that was quoted online (£26), just after two days that I sent my phone off. Very pleased.
In addiction, the transaction was tracked very quickly.

Apart from the fact that the envelope for returning my mobile took longer than I expected to arrive, the service and communications from this company were excellent. Within minutes of them receiving my package I had an email to confirm payment of the full sum.

I agree with most of the previous comments. Yes they offered me £33 and said the phone was too damaged and could only give me £15. Emailed them and told them to send the phone back. Sure enough they upped the price to £22. Not sure how this company expect repeat custom. My advice would be to avoid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS- This company run a scam whereby they offer you top money for your phone then claim it is too damaged to pay you that price - I was lucky and had taken pictures of my phone before posting so after several nasty emails they gave me my money - but if you check out their reviews and feedback on any of the usual sites you will see they are well known for this scam - dont just take my word for it - you will not be given all of your money its worth taking the lower offer but from a reputable company !

A word of warning, check the amount they will offer you before using the top cashback link. I found (using incognito browsing) that I could get £75 for a nokia 5800 without cashback and £71 by using the top cashback link.

My daughter got a price from this company of £35 for her phone. However when they received it they mailed her and said it was damaged and they could only send her a cheque for £10. She then replied saying in that case could they return the phone. They then upped her offer to £25 (£25 more than they stated but still £10 less than original quote), but the crunch of the reply was that if she wanted her phone returned SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM £10!
Now please bear in mind that when she sent it to the company the phone had no damage. I would suggest therefore that if you use this company to take a picture of your phone before you send it, and keep a detailed log of any damage.
I must admit I used them (with a lesser priced phone) and had no trouble except the slight length of wait for money to arrive
