Rubbish overall. Ordered something with a free gift, free gift never came back in stock and was told that they wouldn't be getting any. Cashback showed up in pending, then was moved to payable at 0.00. Overall, would not buy from them again.

Made first customer purchase and expected cashback, it tracked at correct amount and then went to payable at a much lesser amount. Not good and wont be using this company again.

I made two separate orders on Mankind, one after another using Topcashback link. Mankind have howver refused to pay the higher cashback sum due. I shall not be using this merchant through topcashback or otherwise ever again.

Totally inept. Place your orders in good faith, receive a dispatch email and see the order progressing for sending in your account summary then BOOM. Cancelled! They even have the cheek to send an email saying payment has not been taken yet they have take full payment not just 'authorised' an amount. Time and time again the Hut Group, Mankind parent company, have a habit of messing up orders and delaying refunds. Wouldn't rush back to make another purchase.

Twice ive used these guys recently and it didnt track on either occassion
Item was delivered and looked as if it had done ten rounds with frank bruno, mankind CS were useless even tho it was obvious the damage occured before it left them as the item was covered in black marks / dust

Very disappointed with Mankind in their refusal to acknowledge a genuine claim. The product ordered also took some time to deliver and I will not be using them again

I've found this retailer a bit hit and miss for paying out. Some payments have zeroed very quickly and I have one cashback claim open for over a year waiting on retailer.

Fast tracking and goods dispatched quickly HOWEVER it tracked at the net price excluding VAT and at only 6% and not the 10.1% shown so thought this was very misleading, especially as I only used this retailer after I had checked out other reviews. When I made the purchase it said the 10.1% still had 4 days left to go. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem with this particular retailer.

The worst tracking ever. Ordered 2 times and both never tracked. First time sent an enquiry but was unsuccessful. Bought something again recently and again never tracked. Have sent enquiry so shall wait and see but I am not holding my breath.
