I've made three purchases from LIgo over as many years. None have tracked or been paid... The speed of delivery & products have been fine, but as the cash back wasn't paid, they would all have been cheaper elsewhere. In short, don't buy from here if you've factored in the cashback to the price, as you're unlikely to get it.

I was more than happy to order from this Company in September 2013 due to their competitive price, so to find they would offer cashback as well really clinched it. It is now November 2013 I am still waiting for even an acknowledgement of my cashback, despite a nudge or two, shame because I was happy to have ordered the phone from them because of price and delivery, but after being totally ignored with my cashback requests I will stick to paying a little more and ordering off amazon in future. The cashback issue has totally issue has spoilt their good price and service for me. If your not going to pay cashback......don't offer it!!

Terrible customer service. I had bought a £245 set of 5 phones and they had a 2 year warranty. All phone calls go to a voicemail system, so you can't speak to a real person. Online repair form filled in and returned and I was called back, being promised a freepost envelope for the non-working item 1 year into the warranty. Nothing. I called back leaving a message for a supervisor to call me back. Nothing. I called them and left them a message saying I had been promised a return envelope, that no-one had called me back, that their telephone communication and email communication was terrible and could they call me back and resolve things. Nothing. I called and told them I would be reporting them to trading standards. I then called Siemens who answered immediately, have given me a call reference, and will be sending out a freepost envelope.

Placed an order in Dec12. Failed to track so raised a ticket to TopCashBack for the value of the cash back due. Following chasing I have just been notified (Jul13) that the merchant does not recognise that the TopCashBack link was used. A timewasting con re cash back :-(

purchased product Nov 2009, still not received cash back. Also had problems with the order as items ordered were not in stock when expected and the retailer wanted me to buy a different product from the one I had ordered!

RUBBISH. Item listed as available on site, email after 2 days saying "temporarily" out of stock. Don't reply to emails, don't return phone calls. One month after ordering, still no info. Have cancelled order - no acknowledgement. Worst customer service on the web. AVOID.

Tracked quickly but Cashback tracked is less than the amount this retailer claims to offer - so don't rely on this retailer for cashback.

Ordered online an item - Total disappointment - AVOID! Ordered online an item, no acknowledgment received. Week later having heard nothing, created a ticket, informed 24 hours response, guess what? no response. So went on to chat, queried what is happening, informed stock problem and delivery will be 3-5 days ( after 1 week of ordering!). I asked, are you sure? then told delivery 2-3 weeks?. Do you have time to waste? to be Misled? Dealing with a Company not knowing what they are doing? Go ahead buy from this company. No? Avoid buying anything from this company. there are many other online retailers provide much better service most important they know what they are doing.

Avoid!!
Ordered a triple handset cordless phone, was sent a quad handset box that had been opened at the bottom so as not to break the manufactures seal and one handset removed, the remaining contents did not function correctly.
Reported faulty via their web form but never received a reply.
Also cashback not tracked!

This was the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. The product was not as described or pictured, e-mails and phone calls were not answered and I had to get Amazon to intervene to get my money back. Their explanation was "staff shortages".
Never again!

This probably isn't applicable for all purchases, but for the additional Panasonic handset I just bought, LiGo selling through Amazon was £20 cheaper than LiGo's own website price. I ended up paying £28.99 as opposed to £48.99!
Not sure why they're selling 40% cheaper through Amazon, but check it out first!
