I purchased a Car Rental Excess Insurance product which offered 10% cash back. Waited 6 months for cash back claim to be rejected without any explanation from Leisure Guard or TCB. No impressed at Cashback support on this at all. However the product itself was excellent. Needed to make claim after accident with kangaroo in Western Australia whilst renting SUV with Hertz. Claim settled in full within 7 days Shame about the cashback!

Cashback was rejected. The claim was that that I went through another referral page (i.e. not TopCashBack). This is simply not true. Seems a clear case of vendor avoiding payout. Nothing TopCashBack could do. I will never use Leisure Guard again.

Easy to get cashback. Very good customer service from Lerisure guard when I had a query about winter sports cover, I had too much cover which was refunded over the phone.
