If I could go lower I would...Just had Ian on the phone with my husband for over 40 minutes to retell us that they are paying none of our claim. He then tried to convince us that we should stay still saying that our dogs lump removal was a pre-existing condition as has had lumps removed before - no allowance for the investigative work to see if these ones were cancerous and the fact that had they been left he would have had difficulty walking as lump pressing on muscle. What a dreadful service...be careful as even when they refuse to pay even a small portion of your claim they then demand 30 to cancel the ++++ policy. We thought we had gone with a reputable company - obviously not!! Fuming and more so for the wasted 40 minutes whilst Ian told my husband how much they cared about our pet! Hmmm!

I went to them January 2018 only because I was hoping to get £50 cashback. It showed on my account but then was later declined. I got in touch with Top Cashback but they could not do anything as Legal and General had gone off their site for pet insurance. Looks like they are back on so beware. I wont be renewing this year with them.

Didn't track initially but topcashback helpfully sorted that. Also took 5 months to pay out, but it did pay out so that's the main thing!

Unfortunately the good price for the pet insurance wasn't matched by the cash back. Was promised 12 weeks, still waiting after 24 weeks!!!

Went to the Legal & General Pet Insurance website straight from TCB and was confirmed as tracked by Top cashback quickly afterwards. I checked my account regularly to see if there was any updates, though it said it would be 26 weeks before confirmation of payment would be made. I checked my TCB account this morning to find payment had been declined, I have no idea why. As the transaction is over 100 days old I am unable to submit a missing cashback claim. If I had known prior to purchasing my insurance that it would take 26 weeks for payment of the cashback then I would not have used their services.

Bought pet insurance from Legal and General as they were the best value for money when you factor in the £45 cash back. After purchase I discovered it would be 6 months before cashback is paid out. So I waited 6 months and then L&G declined the cash back payment without giving any reason even though all my monthly direct debits have all been paid in full and on time. If this cashback is not paid I will cancelling all my L&G policies and publicising this disgraceful breach of contract on every review site I can find.

never paid the cashback! interestingly, they have a long delay they say for the cashback to convert from £0 tracked to the real value, but it staied zero until it was too late to complain. I would avoid in the future
