	Don't use this insurer. Completely ignored all requests for cashback since March 2011. Needless to say, it didn't get my custom in 2012.

	Purchased insurance with this company in February 2011. It has taken until November 2012 to see any development with regards to cashback, and it isn't a positive one. They have fobbed both Top Cashback and myself off with the claim that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. I used no other cashback site, my browsing behaviour was in line with all previous and subsequent transactions, yet this is the first time I've encountered a merchant denying a cashback claim after a sale. I'd strongly advise anyone tempted to use insure chiefly for a cashback return to not do so. Thankfully for me it happened to be the cheapest quote I received at that time. Won't be using them again however.

	Valid claim submitted 10 months ago but no sign of any payment materialising. Sent numerous reminders via topcashback but nothing. Certainly wont use again....

	Very fast service, tracked quickly money sitting in pending, waiting for payment and is now two months past estimated date of payment. Would I use again only if I get cash back

	I have given is a five star so that it is at the top of the reviews. I am very disappointed that this merchant did not register my transactions and WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN? They are the ONLY insurance company I have used through Top Cashback that have failed to pay. I would like to thank Top Cashback for their efforts in trying to secure my Cashback.

	cash back was tracked on 2 new car policy`s` but then failed to appear. Missing claim submitted but they are still not paying out. Wont use them again when i renew car ins at least it was a cheap policy .

	Purchased the insurance in Sep-11, 7 months later and still no cashback. I would recommend avoiding these guys

	Purchased insurance in September 2011 Appeared on my account as pending quite quickly but it is now April 2012 and the cash has never become payable. I would never use this company again on principle.

	I bought car insurance in December 2012 and as other comments I have to chase up payment on a monthly basis. Still not tracking and no feedback as to status. I do not consider waiting 3 months a reasonable time and I am not happy. This not the first time I have waited over 3 months for payment, it took M&S over 4 months to pay cashback last year.

	I bought Home insurance through Insure in March 2011. A year later I still have had nothing. Very disappointing.

	Bought car insurance in April 2011, posted missing claim in June 2011 and despite numerous nudges - nothing. In view of all the negative comments posted, this company should have been removed months ago. They have done themselves no credit and I shall certainly not be renewing my car insurance policy with them - so much for drumming up repeat business.

	Purchased car insurance in July 2011, it is now January 2012 and still waiting for cashback. Payment was due November 2011, tried to put in claim in december but told to wait 4 weeks, Tried to submit claim again in January with cashback but unable due to being past 100 days!!!! Not good enough Cash back.

	Purchased car insurance in march 2011, it is now january 2012. The cashback never tracked, so a missing cashback claim was submitted. I've heard absolutely nothing from top cash back, and don't expect to. Do not use Insure unless they are the cheapest quote.

	Wish I had read these reviews first then I wouldn't have got my car insurance with this company. Been waiting 7 months so far and got nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Read the other reviews, they speak volumes!!!! Top Cashback should remove them from this site...

	Quick and efficient - although I notice they will charge £5 for renewal, which is taken automatically from the card unless cancelled.

	Took out home insurance in Nov 2010, cashback tracked at £0. Took over 6mths, several nudges, but TCB came through with £35 cashback.
