for some reason it didn't track at the time and never rec'd confirmation email but phoned 'insure' who were quite helpful and said the transaction had gone through. topcashback completed the claim manually :) 6 months later. . .

Rubbish! Please read this and never take insurance with this people. the cashback is rarely tracked. Took mine in September last year and up to today nothing.
Will not renew with them either!

Avoid! Insure did not pay and following six months, several enquiries and nudges eventually received money direct from Topcashback and asked them to pursue Insure at their leisure. Will not use Insure again.

It's now been 4 months since my purchase, and the retailer hasn't even acknowledged my transaction. From other feedback, it seems it's not an isolated incident with this company, and it doesn't reflect well on TopCashBack that they continue to allow them to advertise their fictitious deals.

I have had to chase the cashback from this merchant since September 2010. Finaaly paid by Top Cashback NOT the merchant. When my insurance policy runs out I will be using another company. VERY VERY poor customer service. Stay well clear

AVOID!!! Followed steps in order to receive cashback... Suprise suprise, the cashback didnt track... Been nearly 6 months and not even an acknowledgement from this company. Sent several nudges but no response! Will not reccommend these and will certainly not use again!

Took insurance in September - still waiting for it to track. Raised query with Topcasback in November and no response as yet from them either.
My experience is - DO NOT EXPECT TO GET ANY CASHBACK.

Just another negative comment. Purchased car insurance in 2.9.10 didn't track, had to chase finally in pending for payment 31.12.10 - Guess what - it's now 2.2.11 and i'm still waiting for confirmation. I do follow the rules and am very disappointed in INSURE!

Its now nearly 1 year (12 months!) and I still haven't received cashback. Fortunately it was a low premium without the cashback. I won't be using Insure again after this experience.

I am absolutely disgusted with INSURE. I took out my car insurance with them (through TOPCASHBACK) in February, and it is now November, and despite being promised the cachback in August, there is still no sign of it even tracking never mind paying out !!!!!!
I have sent numerous nudges and enquiries, but to no avail....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!

Another negative i'm afraid - took up the policy with this retailer in July 2010 but after tracking as zero initially the tracking has now vanished! had to submit a claim and have heard nothing since :-(

This company is sooooooooooooooooooo slow at paying. Transcation made April 2010. Will not get cashback until October 2010 at earliest. Not holding my breath. Find a more reliable insurance company. All this one does is constantly delay paying the cachback.

I took out this policy in April and i am still having problems its now showing as payable £0.00. i am very disappointed because there where cheaper deals out there before taking into account the £43 cash back which definately swung it for me. This the first retailer that i have had problems with. Very disappointed. Can anybody sort this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this company is not good at all, my claim for cashback was started in febuary 2010, it is now the end of july and my claim has still not been confirmed by this company despite my claim being re-submitted twice. they are not worth bothering with.

Disgusted.... I took out my policy with them on 8th February, and it is now 5th July and I am still waiting for it to track. I lodged an enquiry several months ago, and despite repeated nudges am still no nearer getting my £43 cashback that was PROMISED !!!

I thought I had better leave a positive comment for this retailer judging by the list of negative ones. I was quite worried once I'd transacted judging from the experiences of other people. I bought my car insurance 2 days ago and was notified by Top Cash Back today that my item had tracked and was pending. So quick!
