Bought the plan in May 2012 - it's now April 2013 and I still haven;t got my cahsback. The sale tracked and they gave me 1p rather than the 25% of £75 premium I was promised ! I have chased topcashback countless times and nothing seems to happen. DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY

I had to wait several months for cashback from this merchant.
I opened a 'dispute' with TopCashback and also emailed the merchant direct - I ended up receiving the full cashback amount as promised, albeit slightly later than planned!

Ordered Motor product in May 2011. Almost 5 months have passed and I have NOT recieved ANY CASHBACK!!!! Perhaps the company should offer insurance for failed cash back schemes *sarcasm intended. And perhaps we should jointly pursue serious action against Insure4Excess for false advirtisement etc.
By June2011; TopCashBack had still failed to track the transaction although tracking was working perfectly fine when being tested. Submitted missing Cashback Claim in June 2011. TopCashBack claimed it has submitted the missing cashback claim to merchant but has so far FAILED to provide EXACT DETAILS of STATUS. I am becoming extremely DISILLUSIONED with TOPCASBACK. Each time I use TOPCASHBACK to track a significant purchase; tracking fails and a manual cashback claim has to be submitted - WHY?
