Takes a long time to pay
We purchased the holiday November 2023 and paid 50% and we went on the holiday September 2024 and paid the remainder- it took another 4 months until cash back was paid
Great holiday and service- just slow in paying cashback

No pay out
Great holiday but while cashback tracked it never became payable and as I booked over 6 months before the holiday top cashback cannot raise a ticket
