They have problems with suppliers. Pre-ordered a ps4 game. When the day came and they had no stock, the only solution guven was to cancel the order. Poor customer service

Purchased a few games but cashback was declined. Lodged a complaint and has still been declined 'Regrettably, your claim has been declined due to 'The network agency has not identified ourselves as the last referral for your transaction'. Not sure why as I went to there site via topcashback.

Base.com did not pay my cashback, even though the main reason I bought from them was the cashback on offer. My advice would be not to buy from Base.com, they conned me out of my cashback.

Can't comment on customer service or goods yet as only just ordered, however, item tracked within an hour of purchase so recommended on cashback, and others could learn from this, wish TC would get rid of some of the bad ones, I have though learned to check the recommendations first before using companies

Ordered several DVD's as Christmas presents at the start of Dec, only to receive an email on the 5th of Jan informing me that the order has been cancelled due to lack of stock, however ALL items are still showing as currently 'in stock' on their website??
Beware-this retailer clearly accepts orders, and then tries to source the product. Avoid.
