What do I do if a discount code isn't working?

If this is a discount code posted on the site by ourselves then please send us a Support ticket from within our Customer Care area of your account and we'll try to rectify this. However if this is a code that a member has published then by all means press the 'Thumbs down' sign on the code or alternatively send us a Support ticket and we can arrange to have this removed.

Should you proceed to make a purchase before we've had time to resolve any problems with a code and haven't received the discount then unfortunately there is little we can do so please do be aware of this.
