Snap and Save offers on the mobile app
You can view the latest Snap & Save offers in the app whenever an offer is available. After purchasing your items, open the app, snap a photo of your receipt, and upload.
Your cashback will be added to your account within 30 days.
Which parts of my receipt need to be included in the image?
When taking a photo of your receipt, make sure the entire receipt is visible from top to bottom.
To process your request, we need to clearly see the following information in your image:

- The name of the store your item was purchased

- The date shown on the receipt

- The receipt number (this varies from store to store, but is usually between 10-20 digits long)

- The name of the item purchased
Some offers may require additional information to be visible, so please make sure you read the offer terms and conditions before submitting your receipt.
If any of the information above is missing or unclear in your image, we may not be able to process your request, and your submission could be declined.
My device is having problems uploading images for the Snap and Save offer
If you’re having trouble, try closing any other open apps and connecting to a stable Wi-Fi network. If the issue continues, wait a few moments and try again.
If your receipt submission was declined because it didn’t load properly, this may have been caused by a weak internet connection during upload. Please try submitting your receipt again. If the issue continues, contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.
