What is Sell your phone?

 

Sell Your Phone lets you trade in your device and get the value paid into your TopCashback account. You'll also earn bonus cashback for each device you trade-in.

 

How does Sell your phone work?
 

Click the 'Sell Your Phone now' link and search for the device you want to sell. After you enter its condition, you'll get a quote. If you accept it, send your device to our partner (WeBuyAnyPhone.com). They'll check it and let you know if there are any issues or if it's approved.

Once approved, your payment and bonus cashback will be marked as payable in your account within 3 days.

 

How is the cashback for Sell your phone applied?
 

After you accept your quote, the value of your device will show as pending in your TopCashback account. It will change to payable after our partner (WeBuyAnyPhone.com) checks and approves your device. This often takes 1-3 working days after they receive it.

Bonus cashback is added for each device and tracks with your trade-in cashback. Once the trade-in is complete, the bonus will also become payable. Bonus cashback only applies if your device is approved and worth £1 and more.

 

How do I send my device in for Sell your phone?

 

 

You can send your device through the Post Office. You can either select to use a digital label, or our partner (WeBuyAnyPhone.com) can send a pre-paid envelope and label to you. You will be able to choose your most convenient option when viewing your quote. 

The free pre-paid label insures your device up to £150. If the value of your device is higher than £150, we suggest you send it via. Special Delivery which insures your device up to £750.

 

Where can I see my previous sales for Sell your phone?

 

Click the 'View my sales' link on the Sell Your Phone page to see your trade-ins. There, you can view your current or past devices and check their status.
