My security question answer is not being accepted but I’m sure it’s right

You may have been prompted to pick a security question and answer for your account. We may ask you to provide the answer to this question when you complete certain actions on your account, such as making a pay-out request for the first time.

It's best to pick a security question that you'll easily be able to remember, but would be difficult for someone else to guess or find out the answer to.

Please be aware that these security answers are case-sensitive when you type them in, so you will need to use the same upper case or lower case letters than when you first selected your answer.
