Once you’ve received your card, you need to return to your TopCashback Account to confirm your card number and let us know it’s arrived successfully. You can do this by going to Validate Gift Card and typing in your card number. Some gift card methods use the shorter serial number to confirm these however so please also try this number if the longer card number is not accepted. Once you’ve confirmed your card number, we’ll arrange for your cashback to be loaded on to your gift card and email you as soon as it’s completed.
If you want to top-up the card again in the future, make sure you keep hold of the card and when you have the minimum payable funds you can request another payout to the card. You can find the minimum payout amount for your gift card in the Payout section of your account, within the specific gift card option.
It’s important you check your card balance before you shop, just to ensure your cashback has been credited correctly.
