How long will it take to receive my gift card?

We process gift cards within the next working day. Once your request is processed, the gift card will appear in your account. You can view your gift cards here.

Please ensure that you read the T&Cs for the gift card you wish to buy, as this will mention card details such as expiry dates, and if you can use it online or in-store.

Payout requests may take longer over weekends or Bank Holidays. If you haven't received your gift card after 72 hours, or if you have any questions, you can contact us here.
