How do I deal with a claim that is 'on ice'?

If you have submitted a Missing Cashback Claim and it has been put ‘On Ice’ – the Claim will be automatically taken 'Off Ice' when we are able to submit it.

Just to explain why claims go ‘On Ice’... Claims can go ‘On Ice’ for several reasons. Firstly, it may be that the merchant has a validation period and we are unable to submit claims until after this time period.

Alternatively, if you have submitted a claim before 7 days have elapsed from the transaction date, we will automatically put the claim ‘On Ice’, as the transaction may track onto your account during this period.
