Healthy Direct is really good much better and cheaper than holland and barratt and they always do a good half price sale and do free delivery on everything plus u get 25% from TCB which is good

Previous cash back has tracked and paid quickly, my last order for Feb was due to be paid 1 May but still no sign of it.
Great shame as the products are well priced and arrive in a few days. Due to this delayed Cash back I have just purchased similar from H & B. If this is not resolved then I'm afraid Healthy Direct have lost me and several family members as customers.

Order placed February order tracked and cashback confirmed. When payout was due payout was changed to zero.After inquiring cashback date was changed to 30/4/2010 until now no payback received.Have placed another order since and this has not tracked. Will not be using Healthy Direct in the future as have been told by friends other companies pay out.

Cashback worked for first purchase, but does not look like it will work for subsequent purchases. Be prepared for lots of suspicious junk mail, as being Jersey based they don't seem to bother about privacy and selling mailing lists.

I ordered my items a while back and had excellent service & items, but like others my cashback is now zero and I am really annoyed. If the retailers cannot carry through their promise of cashback, they should be removed from the site.

I'm one of many customers who has had his cashback zeroed, even after submitting a manual claim (initial tracking was fine, as usual).
I hope TopCashBack read these comments and take action; the cashback offer is the main reason why I use this seller rather than Simply Supplements.

Healthy Direct have had a problem they say. Cashback for last 2 purchases have been relisted, one pending, one confirmed. Still waiting to see if I also get Topup I had before being zero'd. Hope everyone is as lucky.
