In llne with others, originally tracked OK, now reading zero payable - manual claim submitted so we;ll wait and see - disappointing though as it seems a fairly widespread problem. Hope Top Cashback are able to resolve the issues with this retailer.

Had the following reply from Top Cash Back on putting in a complaint. Hope they do get it resolved.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we were unaware of the issue but imagine you will receive your cashback in due course, once it has been rectified.

Top Cash Back should do something about this firm and possibly KICK THEM OUT.Too many of us experiencing difficulties with 'nilled' cashback etc!!!

Have used this firm for a long time now. In January placed an order through cashback and firm agreed? to 25% cash back except in the last few days they have 'nilled' the cash back. Placed another order of £20 plus BEFORE they nilled my previous and they have not acknowledged cash back on the latest order. Maybe its because I have been a customer for years and they don't like giving me back money!!!
