Please note that the 5.05% cashback currently quoted for Heals is based on the value of the product before VAT and postage. There are currently no comments to say that this is the case. It would be much better from Top Cashback if all prices included VAT and any percentages were adjusted accordingly. Much more transparent that way. Heals tracked the cashback within an hour or so of the purchase so complaints there.

Cashback declined instantly on this order. As a first time buyer it's not great. I got a free delivery code as I gave them my information and signed up for their newsletter, but cashback was not accepted. Poor.
