Like everyone else, declined.
Top cashback mentions that you cannot use promo codes that aren’t explicitly approved for use, in order to get cashback. I used their “welcome promo code” for signing up to their newsletter. I assume this is why cashback was declined. In any case, 1 star because it seems a very unfair policy that I wasn’t actually aware of until the cashback was declined. I think they just use TCB as a way to get new customers, knowing everyone will use the welcome promo code they push in your face anyway, so they never have to pay cashback but still get to advertise for free on here.

Cashback declined
Another instance where cashback declined after a large order.... Funny how I have no issues with small orders tracking and being paid cashback, but as soon as it's a substantial amount, it doesn't work ???????

THIS MERCHANT DOESN'T PAY CASHBACK!!
After reading some of the reviews about this merchant, I am also disappointed with Happy Beds. I recently purchased a mattress from them in the usual way as I do with other merchants via the Top Cashback site. However, they didn't pay my cashback entitlement because they claimed that I hadn't refreshed the cookies and clear the cache on my computer before making the purchase! Personally, I think that's a load of bunkum and an excuse to wriggle their way out of paying. They don't deserve to be listed on Top Cashback and I certainly won't be using them again!

Declined cashback
Paid just under £500 and it was declined. Whats the point of them being on here? Its misleading especially if you are purposely buying through them to get the cash back.

Rubbish
Cashback declined despite sizeable order. Shouldn't even be an option looking at other reviews as well.
Very misleading!
