	Don't expect cashback of this merchant. Despite being part of Topcashback's Compare it seems they are particularly unreliable. The fact that Topcashback Compare factors in the cashback to show a discouted figure is very misleading.

	Don't waste your time, they don't give the promised cash back. Been chasing this since November 2014 and have only just got an answer saying NO CASHBACK will be paid.

	Used top cashback compare home insurance - claim not tracked and going through a manual process - on the tcb compare it said its easy and promotes it but I think I would have been better of finding Grove & Dean and pressing the link through there. After purchasing everything online, the broker said their legal team needs to call me back to go through some documentation and said they would call me back in 2hrs. No one did and I then called back the next morning. When the policy came through there were bits that were wrong i.e. a no against central heating whereas I do have central heating and was never asked the question and few other similar instances. Not impressed and just want a smooth year with no hiccups in having to complain. My experience tells me pay a bit more and don't use this brokerage. No wonder there is no review of this merchant! Pray I don't need to claim!
