Update
Accepted 50% cashback under Top Cashback Fair Play Policy paid out by Top Cashback themselves, could see this wasn't going anywhere after more than a year of chasing so decided to cut my losses and accept half cashback.
We did book a second holiday with Great Rail Journeys which tracked straight away and the full cashback was paid with no problem.

We bought a holiday with Great Rail Journeys in September 2010 online, still waiting for my cashback, didn't track had to add manually, but have had the holiday and still no cashback, as we are talking about a considerable amount here due to the high costs of some holidays it is very disappointing to say the least, in fact I feel cheated.
So beware if you are hoping to make your holiday a bit cheaper with cashback as it maynot be forthcoming.
I will update if i ever do get my cashback.
