	Did not get the cashback when purchased my car insurance via Go.compare Purchased my car insurance at end of Nov 2025 but they have not tracked it and there's no possibility of investigating it anymore. Makes me wary of using Go.Compare for Topcashback in the future.

	They always track and pay out. I have used Go.Compare a few times to get Contents Insurance. They always track for me and always pay out. I will continue to use them.

	Faultless Followed their instructions & they paid when they said they would. Same with a hotel voucher on another Go.Compare purchase. I don't see what's difficult if you do what they require

	All good Cashback for a home policy received within quoted timescale, correct amount and no issues. I’ve never had a problem with Go.Compare cashback over the years.

	Diabolical ! AVOID! Bought insurance, following all the procedures to the letter, last September! Nine months later they have still not paid out :-( TCB just keep giving excuses as to the delay. I very much doubt i will get my cashback now and will never use again.

	Took 8 months to get cash back... After using Go Compare back in August, the transaction was tracked in top cash back. However, it's only just gone through and it's now April. Great to get it, but seriously? 8 months?

	Avoid Used link through top cashback for gocompare for my home insurance. I fully expected to get £40 cashback which would have taken me down below the cost of all other quotes. Cashback did not show as tracking, so submitted claim. This was put on"ice" in November and then submitted to gocompare after 90 days. Mid April and still no cashback. I will not use gocompare again and see that this seems to be a regular occurrence. Top cashback really shouldn't use them if they continue to mislead and mis-sell!

	Do not use GO Compare They also declined me, too, even though I followed the process to a T. One of the deciding factors was to get the £40 cashback. I should have read the comments before using them, as many people have had a similar issue.

	Cashback declined - no reason given Purchased home contents insurance from GoCompare on the basis the cashback was the best rate. Found out it had been declined - no reason given so have had to involve TCB and found out the claim is "on ice" and will not be looked at until April at the earliest. I do not recommend using GoCompare on this website based on the poor experience Read the terms before going ahead and clicking through followed them as requested

	Cashback not tracked Did everything the same as usual, and made the purchase as clean as possible but surprisingly the cashback didn't track. Put in a claim, but it takes months. My learning is that Go.Compare does NOT honour its cashback promise. Very disappointing, I for one, won't be using them again.

	Cashback declined - BEWARE! I've been using TCB for years, so I know exactly how to use it. Ho Compare have DECLINED my claim, despite me following the process TO THE LETTER. I have been paid on other claims since to prove this. I've raised a complaint/appeal so hopefully TCB will fight my corner as this cashback was the deciding factor in my choice of provider. Disappointed to say the least!

	Very easy and excellent price. I took out very competitive car insurance through Go. Compare. And top cashback paid me £42 for doing it! Very happy customer.

	BEWARE - Cashback Declined As many others have also recently experienced, my cashback was declined even though my Home Insurance was purchased via the Go.Compare comparison site. After many trouble free claims, this is the first unexplained rejection. I shall look elsewhere in future. Lesson learned.

	Cashback Declined Despite Following Instructions Used TopCashback for nearly 10 years so I know what to do . GoCompare refused to payout: "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." I purchased elsewhere the same day and received a payout. Will use alternative insurance providers going forward

	Tracked, then declined and then declined again i advise you NOT TO USE them I've bought though these for years even for my family members, it seems they track and then decline, i have proof of running insurance bought though their link, I really advise to shop somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT Happy

	Declined unfairly Declined with the stupid reason that the purchase didn't originate through TCB. I have screenshots of showing the 'we've recorded your visit' message. Looking at all the other reviews with the same problem I won't bother to purchase from GoCompare again.

	GoCompare WILL decline your cashback! Having spoken with TC customer services extensively following my cashback being declined despite following all rules, it appears that gocompare just decline all (or almost all) cashback with the bs excuse “we didn’t see your visit to originate from topcashback”. IMO they should be banned from the platform.

	Really don't bother with this, your cashback WILL be declined be warned, do NOT expect to get any cashback from Go.Compare, they've declined mine for the lst 2 years, even though I followed all the rules after years of successfully getting cashback from other comparison sites. I would give them 0 stars, but that isn't an option. Definitely avoid them.
