	Declined! I have had 2 transactions declined now, for no apparent reason. I agree with what others have said - unfortunately, looks like you’re unlikely to get your cash back.

	Claims never track Ive purchased from this retailer many times and they are always declined saying Topcashback wasnt the last click through they should be banned from here as clearly they are doing this to alot of people.

	Don't Bother Purchased home insurance in January. Had to put missing claim through but even though everything was correct, Topcashbback had the info on their site, go compare didn't honour the cash back, said they couldn't find/see information. Will not be insuring anything through them again.

	Cashback Declined Have had numerous approved cashbacks from Go Compare without any issues. However, my latest purchase(Home Insurance) was declined. Raised a case with Topcashback and have just received an update saying the merchant has declined it with the reason being that I did not complete the purchase through Topcashback - total rubbish. Extremely annoyed and will now prioritise the other comparison sites over Go Compare for future purchases. One star given to be able to leave feedback but zero is the true rating for this

	Declined with no reason The reviews say it all really. Cashback on two different policies taken via Go Compare both declined despite complying with all their conditions. Why TCB still allow these con merchants to advertise on their site when they clearly have no intention of ever paying out is anyone's guess. I won't use Go Compare again. Avoid!

	Purchased insurance, refused cashback claim Purchased insurance, fulfilled all the T&Cs, provided proof of the policy through escalation process, but TCB advised that the merchant had refused the claim and couldn't do anything further.

	Non Payment of cashback I followed the topcashback rules to go to GO.COMPARE and purchased home insurance from Sky, but they have refused to pay me the £36 which they promised. Be wary of using these. Very disappointed. I've had to put a star rating but I don't think they deserve any

	Declined home insurance cashback As per all the recent reviews Go.Compare insurance are not to be trusted on paying cashback. Followed the correct steps, tracked initially at £0 pending uplift, then subsequentally declined. Raised a Topcashback customer service claim ticket for missing cashback with dates, policy details and policy payment. Topcashback customer were not much help and simply said the casback transaction had not tracked on the Go.Compare system. Topcashback should read all the negative reviews, investigate and remove Go.Compare from Topcashback.

	Always paid out - But not this time This is the fifth year in a row that I have taken an Home Insurance Policy through Go Compare and they have always paid out. However this time, for some reason, the cashback was declined, despite it tracking successfully. Given the other reviews, it look like the merchant is pocketing the cashback. Not sure it is worth it if you lose a customer

	Declined - could've saved elsewhere Like many other reviews, Cashback was declined as "we (TopCashback) haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed". Had a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere but went with GoCompare as the "promised" £36 more than covered the difference in quotes. Doesn't seem to stop them sending me emails every other day! Won't be using them again, via TopCashback or otherwise. Surprised they are still being used by TopCashback given the number of poor reviews.

	Prepare to be scammed! Unfortunately GoCompare use cashback as an incentive for customers to use their services however in the end never payout. After following all the terms and conditions very carefully and purchasing Home Insurance with a cashback of £36, the cashback was declined. I appealed the missing cashback for GoCompare to comeback and decline it again. The worst part is GoCompare could not confirm as to why my cashback had not been paid.

	Dishonest Read all of these reviews. They seem to simply decline all legitimate purchases and will then blame you for not following correct procedures.....Total bull. Use another insurance comparison. Can't believe topcashback still put them on here, doesn't look good for topcashback either.

	Scam don’t honour Don’t honour insurance purchase won’t be using again. Took 4 months and just declined. Saying TCB weren’t the reason of the purchase what a load of rubbish.

	SCAMMERS! ALSO DECLINED MY CAR INSURANCE CLAIM! Like with many many others they declined CB for no reason and also did same with the home insurance CB which i did at same time, usually use moneysupermarket who always pay but fell for them allegedly paying any excess. Lesson learnt x 2, SCAM

	cashback Declined after reading the other reviews I realised they are declining many peoples cashback without any reason, I have raised a claim through TCB but I dont hold up too much hope of getting my cashback, on the good side I did save over £100 through a new quote through go compare but I probably would use another comparison site in the future as this has left a bad taste in my mouth

	Cashback declined! Go Compare claimed that they have no record of my transaction! Reading the recent reviews I see that this happened with many other customers too. Very disappointed to say the least.
