Has not tracked. This is the second purchae I have made in a couple of months which has not tracked. Im new to top cashback and im not impressed. If it happens again im going back to another cashback site as its very unsual for other cashback websites not to track.

When I ordered the product I was quoted 2 weeks delivery. However, it actually took 6 weeks and the item was 3 weeks late for my sister's 21st birthday. I was offered no explanation by Gerald Online and they twice told me that it would be posted on a certain date and it did not appear for another fortnight. They did refund the postage charge. I will not buy from them again unless there is no deadline to meet.
