cashback rate is great, goods were great quality and value on two separate orders, both in Gaps sales and with free p&p.
the downside, one month after the goods shipped the claims are not tracking yet or showing as pending. have raiised missing cashback claim via topcaskback but they are just sitting there "waiting for topcashback" is the status given and when you read the case history TCB state "waiting for web support team"
this si such a shame as both TopCashBack and Gap have been execellentg and quick on previous purchases that have gone through TCB........... on number of previous occasions the transaction was showing as tracked and "pending" in my account within 24hours of making the online purchase.

Tracks quickly but cashback has dropped to 5% :-( free quick delivery and 15% discount code when you sign up - love the baby and kiddie clothes so hooked!!!

Stopped tracking recently so having to manually raise each claim, which is annoying. OTherwise great, especially when cashback is combined witht Gap's regular 30-40% off 'VIP' sales.

Beware of exchanges!! I had to exchange the item I ordered for a larger size & even after a cashback claim they declined! Even though I still had spent the same amount, just exchanged an item. Not happy

Every other gap purchase has gone through smoothly- not this time, it has been a nightmare and i wont be spending with Gap on here again- such a shame as i spent lots with them and loved the clothes- they had no reason to decline the purchase - if it was about saving money they should have reduced the % of cashback offerred to 0- disappointing service
