	Add me to the list of people who's purchase didn't track, and despite providing proof of order numbers GameStop rejected the payment. Also, the fact that they've only just provided (in September) TCB cashback from April tells a story too. They've certainly lost out on future custom from me.

	This company do not pay Cashback. Rejected my cash back, saying unable to find the order. They didn't have any trouble finding the order to take payment from me though.

	Be warned, they decline loads of genuine cashbacks, even if you take part in trade in offers and such.

	Ordered a PS4 (28/02), PS4 was shipped (and charged for). It is now 4 months since payment (5 since order), cashback is tracked but haven't received a penny. Customer services has been dealing with it for 3+ months and have heard nothing from the retailer!! Useless

	NO CASHBACK FOR HARDWARE ! Despite no warning in the information on TopCashback's site, Gamestop only seem to track/pay cashback on software items, not hardware. Experience with software purchase - great. Experience with hardware (2 separate orders) - items+delivery+price great, but no cashback.

	Cashback never tracked and claim was declined as the merchant was unable to find the transaction. Do not based your purchase on cash back as it will not be paid, I am not the only one see below

	Terrible 3 orders turned down for cash back ... Why even say you'll give it out? Hopefully will be down soon. Unlike others though all my orders have fortunately arrived fine.

	`this retailer has a horrible reputation and on this experience i see why took all my card details then website shut down emailed no response called got a voicemail that was too full to leave a message waste of time just hope i dont get a further nasty experience from giving my card details

	This is the worst experience EVER! They took my money and didn't despatch a game that was pre-ordered as my Son's christmas present and then sent the game 2 weeks late after numerous phone calls from myself. Didn't honour the cash back at all even though I had clearly spent the money and clicked through correctly.

	Avoid Gamestop. Had so much trouble trying to buy an item because it would just refresh the page when clicking on Proceed. Then if your lucky to actually order an item it can take weeks to arrive. Also good luck getting any reply from their customer support, it's basically non-existent.

	Website is awful, tried 4 times to check out and order for a PS4 controller. On the 4th attempt I finally managed to get as far as entering my shipping address only to be bounced back to the homepage and suddenly the item was out of stock. Really not the best of shopping experiences.
