Eventually got my cashback after 36 week wait. The transfer of my energy supplier had been completed 7 months earlier. I was beginning to think it would never come through but patience paid off in the long run.

Carried out an energy quote and even though I'm on the cheapest tariff with the company I'm with and their findings were more expensive they've hounded me with phone calls and e-mails since. Can't even unsubscribe as their page is unsafe. Avoid and go with U-Switch.
