Has been over 9 months and no sign of tracking and nothing has been done from lodging missing cashback....Avoiding all comparison cashbacks as had nothing but bad experiences from them.

It took over a year for the cashback to become available. In fact I had left the energy company I had transferred to before I recevied the cashback. Plain daft!

I used them for a price comparison and despite saying I didn't want my details shared with their partners, not wanting a follow up phone call and not wanting to have marketing emails or phone calls, I have been getting them. They've clearly sold my details.

Do not expect cashback from these guys. Bought a policy Jan 2018, submitted a missing cashback claim soon after and am still waiting now in Jun 2019, nearly 18 months later! Topcashback next to useless and done nothing. Promises lots but both haven't delivered
