Moved energy supplier in May 2016 and still not been paid. Took until around December to go confirmed but hasn't moved on since then and 9 months down since starting the move. It is beginning to look like this one will never move to payable.

Ridiculously slow paying retailer. Took 6 months to confirm cashback. It now 8 months since transaction was tracked and the cashback is still not payable. Avoid this retailer unless you want to wait a year for your cashback. TopCashback should really consider removing them from their merchants. lists.

I switched energy with this merchant back in October 2015. The transaction tracked, but took over 6 months to reach confirmed status. Now one year later I am still waiting for it to reach payable. The payment statistics for this merchant have N/A which make me wonder if it has ever honoured its cashback?
